In order to minimize issues regarding the use of light sticks, please follow the guidelines below.

Prohibited Light Sticks

• Light sticks not available on the market, such as modified or homemade ones.
• Light sticks longer than 26 cm.
• Light sticks that are too bright and may disrupt any performances
  * Refrain from using any form of ultra-bright light (such as ultra orange (UO) light sticks) during performances.
• Any other light stick that venue staff deem inappropriate.
  

  Prohibited Actions When Using Light Sticks

• Obstructing the view of other patrons

* Refrain from waving around or throwing light sticks, or doing anything with them that may cause damage or injury.
*Please be sure to hold your light stick when in use at all times.

For the safety of the venue, bringing weapons and favorite items is also prohibited.

• Mosh, dive, shoulder ride, throwing things on the stage, climbing on the stage, intentionally blocking the aisle, rushing to the front, unnatural calls, loud and strange voice, making loud noises that disturb the performance, moving from one’s seat to another, unnatural jumping, etc., are prohibited. Extreme cheering behavior such as waving both hands violently from side to side, waving arms around, bending the upper body, excessive jumping, and any other dangerous behavior that may disturb other audience members or the performance is strictly prohibited.
• The organizer, performers, and related parties will not be held responsible for any accidents, damage to equipment, or trouble caused by failure to follow the instructions and cautions of the staff.
• Please be aware that any compensation for damage to equipment or trouble caused by disregarding the above instructions and cautions will be the responsibility of the offender.
• Theatre staff may intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security guard, or guest services staff member. Guests who do not adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without a refund.
• Please take care of your health on the day of the event, and if you feel sick, please notify a staff member.
• On the days of the events, we may check your ID and belongings upon entering the venue.
• You will exchange your ticket for a wristband to enter the venue. More details to be announced at a later date.
• Taking photos and/or video is prohibited after entering the concert hall until the start of the concert. Photos and/or video may be taken in the entrance, foyer, and other areas outside the hall.
• Any equipment that can be used to record the concert for reproduction purposes, such as an SLR camera or video/audio recorder, as well as any alcohol/liquor or dangerous items, are not permitted at this event. Anyone caught using or bringing such equipment to the event, will have the equipment confiscated, tickets voided, and be asked to leave the venue.
• Anyone who does not comply with the precautions and instructions listed herein may be asked to leave the venue and banned from all future hololive production events.
• Cameras will be in the venue for video recording and photo shooting, and the audience may appear in the media and product images. Please understand that the recorded images and photos may be used for COVER Corporation website and social media channels, merchandising, and promotional purposes.
• Opening times and starting times are subject to change in certain circumstances.
